ATV Size Restrictions

Persons 8 or 9 years of age may only operate an ATV with engine size of 70cc or less.

Carrying Required Documentation

You always must have the following with you any time you operate the ATV:

• Certificate of registration
• Registration plate attached to the vehicle
• Expiration sticker on the registration plate (not required for limited registration)
• Proof of liability insurance
• Safety education certificate (for operators 8–15 years of age)
