Course Outline

When operating on private land, if a landowner requests you to stop, you must stop and provide identification upon request. You must also provide written permission for the land on which you are operating.

A landowner can revoke permissions at any time. If a landowner asks for you to leave their property, you must do so, regardless of prior permissions.
