Obeying Law Enforcement Officers
The following people are authorized to enforce the ATV and snowmobile regulations:
- Maine Warden Service and any authorized representatives of the MDIFW
- All police and law enforcement officers including state, county, and local police, and other law enforcement agencies
- All persons empowered to make arrests in criminal cases
If you receive a signal from a law enforcement officer, you must:
