Illegal Operation of an ATV

It is illegal to operate an ATV:

Without an ATV Operating Permit and a Safety Education Card
In a careless, reckless, or negligent manner so as to endanger the person or property of another
To hunt any animal or bird protected by law
In a way that interferes with agricultural practices or harasses livestock
To disturb, chase, or harass wildlife or game animals
