Driving Under the Influence

Nevada DUI laws apply to OHV operators who are under the influence of drugs or alcohol. Never operate an OHV while under the influence. Driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol on public roads in Nevada will result in the following:

  • Fines from $1,300 to $2,000
  • Driver’s license restrictions, suspensions, or penalties
  • Impoundment of the OHV
