On slow turns:

  • Keep your head and eyes up and looking at the path of travel.
  • Before you turn, shift your weight forward by sliding to the front of the seat.
  • Lean your OHM in the direction you want to turn. To counteract the lean of the OHM, shift your body position away from the direction in which you are turning. This should keep the OHM from falling over.
  • If necessary, brake, shift, or throttle, depending on the speed and sharpness of the turn.

For quick turns to avoid unexpected obstacles:

  • Lean quickly in the direction you want to turn.
  • Push on the inside of the handlegrip on the same side (to turn right, push right).
