Today’s OHV Rider in Utah is the official off-road vehicle safety course of the Utah Department of Natural Resources. Passing this course will allow you to get your Utah off-roading safety education certificate online.

How do I get my Utah Off-Road Vehicle Safety Education Certificate?

Study and Take Unlimited Practice Tests for Free
Pay Only $30 for Online Exam

  1. Study the Utah OHV and ATV safety course material.
  2. Take one or more Practice Tests—free of charge.
  3. Take the Utah Certification Exam for $30, collected online.
  4. When you pass, you may print out a temporary Utah safety education certificate. You will receive your official Utah safety education certificate in the mail.
