Firearms on ATVs

A person shall not operate or ride an ATV with a firearm in the person’s possession unless it is unloaded and enclosed in a carrying case. However, paraplegics and single or double amputees of the legs may hunt from a motor driven land conveyance such as an all-terrain vehicle. “Paraplegic” means an individual affected with paralysis of the lower half of the body with the involvement of both legs, usually due to disease of or injury to the spinal cord.
